The UN blames Turkey for the water supply cuts in Rojava

The water supply in Rojava, including El-Hol Camp and Heseke in north-eastern Syria, was interrupted because Turkey took over the Elok drinking water pumping station.

Water supply stoppages in Rojava were on the agenda of the United Nations.

According to The UN Humanitarian Affair report more than four hundred and sixty thousand civilians were affected by the water cuts.
