A Syrian mercenary has claimed that the Turkish state promised him $100 for every Armenian he killed in the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict.
Yusuf Alabet El Hacı is from the village of Ziyadiya in Idlib. He is married and the father of five children. After being captured by Armenian fighters, he spoke about the war crimes that had been committed in the conflict.
He claimed that Turkey promised a $2000 salary per month for going to war, and an extra $100 for every Armenian he killed.
