The North and East Syria Autonomous Administration has made a statement condemning Turkish attacks against the North and East Syria region.

It was said in the statement that Turkey carried out the offensives despite calls from across the world to end military action and the agreements which Turkey signed separately with Russia and the United States (US).

The Autonomous Administration statement reiterates that they had an agreement with Russia and the US and absented the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) from the regions included in the agreements, to remove the reasons for Turkey’s military operations.

It was stated that women and children lost their lives and civilian property was damaged due to the attacks.

The Autonomous Administration called on Russia and the US to pull their weight and block the attacks.

In addition, the Autonomous Administration called on the United Nations (UN) and international human rights associations to take action and restrict the invasive activities of the Turkish state.

It drew attention to the report which was issued by the UN and the human rights associations and stated that the Turkish state and mercenaries backed by Turkey carried out crimes against humanity.
